At Ease Counseling is a mental health practice based in Burnaby, British Columbia, offering both in-person and virtual therapy services throughout the province. Founded and led by Leena Mehta, a BIPOC registered clinical counsellor and approved clinical supervisor, the practice is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for individuals to heal and grow. Leena brings over seven years of therapeutic experience, utilizing a client-driven, trauma-informed approach to support clients in addressing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
