Teo Counselling is a specialized trauma-informed counselling practice dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life stressors through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. Founded by Mohamad Shabib, a Master’s-level counsellor with extensive clinical experience in trauma, addiction, and mental health treatment, the practice focuses on helping clients understand the deeper emotional and physiological impacts of difficult life experiences. At Teo Counselling, therapy is designed to address not only symptoms but also the underlying patterns that keep people feeling stuck.
