Life is often a complicated journey, and the more inner knowledge, resources and self-awareness we possess, the easier we can find that journey as we travel along our path. However, these critical life skills aren’t instinctively known, given to us, or even taught in school. Inner Voice Counselling is a full service counselling practice in Vancouver, offering counselling for life skills and coping strategies to both individuals and groups. We offer individual counselling sessions for adults of all ages, as well as teenagers.
