I am operate with the understanding that everyone is the expert on their own lives and that I am here to support you on a journey of self-discovery and movement towards the change you desire. I understand the language of emotions and provide a place for authentic self-expression. Art Therapy is a wonderful approach because it makes challenging topics easier to talk about, and makes space for insights you might not get otherwise. It also provides an outlet for distressing emotions and tension in the body.
