In an effort to bring back historic streetcar trolleys connecting major city attractions in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Ark., Mobley Contractors installed an overhead contact system and rail in the downtown areas of those cities. Mobley Contractors provides heavy construction services throughout the region. It specializes in bridge, highway, water and wastewater treatment, raw water reservoirs, piping, earth moving, flood control and landfill construction. Headquartered in Morrilton, Ark., Mobley Contractors has been building for more than 30 years. To better serve its growing client base, the company also operates out of divisional offices in Jonesboro and Springdale, Ark.
