My Name is Krista and I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2007. To me Massage Therapy is a way to balance life's craziness. Relax the body and Mind. Increase the healing process after injuries. My goal at Stepping Stone is to give you an escape from the everyday. A chance to take some time for yourself, weather that be a relaxing Swedish massage or if you need deeper Trigger Point therapy.
