Paving Commandos Miami

About

Paving Commandos Miami was founded with one conviction: that property owners deserve more than a quick pour and a handshake. Florida's expansive sandy-clay subgrades, intense UV exposure, and seasonal storm-load cycles demand paving systems engineered with discipline — not improvised in the field. Our founders recognized this gap and built a company around closing it. Every project we take on begins before a single paver is set. We assess subgrade compaction depth, evaluate soil bearing capacity, account for Florida's moisture-expansion coefficients, and design joint-spacing layouts that accommodate thermal movement across decades of tropical climate cycling.
