Dr. Darlene Davis

About

Dr. Davis was born in Chicago and raised in Oak Park, Illinois. She always knew that she would leave her birthplace and family to find her place in the world. Cold weather was not for her and she moved to gain a higher education in the south. She attended and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating at the top of her class. Following dental school, she then completed a one year General Practice Residency (GPR) program at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, Florida. Within this training program, Dr. Davis successfully completed training in Hospital Dentistry, Emergency Medicine, Oral Surgery, Plastic surgery, Anesthesiology and Internal Medicine.
