The Rehabilitation Hospital is one of the largest freestanding rehabilitation hospitals in the Midwest and is located in Indianapolis. It provides inpatient acute services, and outpatient and vocational rehabilitation services for adults with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, amputations, orthopedic conditions, neuromuscular diseases, burns and related disabilities. Its facilities include a 12,000-square-foot gymnasium with modern equipment, two whirlpools and a swimming pool used for rehabilitation. Its nuropsychology group offers both inpatient and outpatient neuropsychological evaluation and management services for people with a variety of known or suspected brain injuries and disorder
