Five Journeys is a health and wellness concierge medical practice located in the Back Bay area of Boston. We are a holistic medical practice that empowers, inspires, and educates our patients to reach optimal results in the 5 core areas of their health: physical, chemical, emotional, social, and spiritual. Functional and integrative medicine experts, we also provide primary care and with our approach we strive to address the root cause(s) of impediments to our patients’ health. In result, we have facilitated the reversal, prevention, and resolution of many chronic health challenges.
