About Action Plumbing Heating We recently celebrated our 35th year in business. Action was founded by Jim Kreifels in 1968 as a plumbing company. In 1974, he expanded Action Plumbing to provide heating and air conditioning services. Jim is a former local, state and national officer for the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association ( PHCC ). Today, Jim is enjoying semi- retirement, allowing his three sons to run the business.Terry Kreifels is Action's President and in charge of the plumbing division. Terry is also a former PHCC local and state officer. Doug Kreifels is the Vice-President and oversees the HVAC division. Doug is a two-time president of the Lincoln Heating Air Conditioning Association ( LHACA ) and begins his third term in Januar
