Uptown Psychology is a boutique private practice offering personalized mental health care, both in-person on the Upper East Side and virtually via Zoom. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches to support individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, executive functioning difficulties (such as organization, planning, and time management), parenting challenges, and life transitions. We are extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent Management Training (PMT). Our team works with children, adolescents, and adults, aiming to reduce suffering and enhance quality of life.
