Piper Cole Architects

About

Every project follows a clear six-step process: consultation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. The firm handles permits with Kirkland, Seattle, Bellevue, and nearby jurisdictions. It then stays involved during construction, so the house that gets built is the one that was drawn. Design and permitting are billed as a fixed fee, and every project starts with a free feasibility check. Piper Cole Architects serves homeowners in Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Mercer Island, Medina, Sammamish, Issaquah, Bothell, Woodinville, Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds, Renton, Tacoma, and nearby communities throughout the Puget Sound region.
