We believe that you have the capacity to find your own answers, helped along by an accepting and understanding therapist. We look at the problems you, your family, spouse or child present in a helpful perspective. We search for the barriers that prevent you or your loved one from changing while encouraging new and different ways of moving in a positive direction.
