Lakeshore Family Resources offers center-based and home visiting services free of charge. The center provides a variety of services to all parents in Manitowoc County based on their strengths, needs and requests. Its center-based services include parent education and support to promote positive parenting skills and to promote a nurturing home environment. Lakeshore Family Resources services include parenting classes, workshops, playgroups, special family events, teen parenting, warm-line, lending library, and baby's and clothing closets. The center works with the Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc County Public Health and Human Services Departments and the Aurora Medical Center. Lakeshore Family Resources maintains a location in Manitowoc, Wis.
