Founded as a Christian faith-based charity in 1939, the Huntington City Mission offers physical, emotional, educational and spiritual services to individuals. The organization offers food, clothing, job training, employment, benefits assistance and medical care services. The organization s housing programs include men s shelter, women and family shelter, Project Hope, Safe Quarters and The Lazarus Program.
