Rolfing is a form of bodywork that seeks to re-align the structure by finding and releasing muscle holding patterns that manifest in the body, pulling it out of alignment, and causing pain. I work with each individual to find the tension and muscle holding in their particular case. We work with the whole being, body, mind and spirit. We may find that there are emotions manifested into the physical body that have been held for years. Patterns in the walking or movement can be integrated into the body by a number of influences (or even trauma) that you aren't even aware of. We explore ways of finding what holds in your body, and ways we can give it back the freedom and the ease it longs for to feel good!
