About Debra Growing up in Richmond, Kentucky, Debra Rowlett King graduated from Model High School in 1972, and Eastern Kentucky University in 1976 with a two Bachelor's degrees in French and German. She attended the Univeristy of Louisville School of Law, graduating with high honors in 1979. From there, she served the Commonwealth as an attorney in Southeastern Kentucky, working primarily in family law, divorce law, estate planning, and adoptions. Recently, Debra has moved back to her hometown here in Richmond to countinue delivering the same professional and personal services that she has for over 30 years. She is happily married to her husband of over 30 years and has 4 children, as well as 2 grandchildre
