My name is Joseph Taylor. I am the owner and operator of Captain Joe’s Charters. I have been boating since I was 8 years old. When I was 12 years old I purchased my first boat (a 14 foot Hobie Cat) and the rest is history. When I was in High School and College I raced sailboats at the Annapolis Yacht club and surrounding areas for years at a competitive level. Learning about boating on a sailboat really gives you an understanding of the water unlike any other in my opinion.
