Tamara is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) specializing in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and EEG Neurofeedback treatment services for youth and adults with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. Tamara also provides EEG Neurofeedback services for cognitive rehabilitation, ADHD, headache, migraine, insomnia, pain management and peak performance training.
