About

I have been working with people suffering with Borderline Personality Disorder and difficulties regulating emotions for two decade now. I have also worked extensively with substance and behavioural addictions, people from diverse cultural backgrounds, age, and socioeconomic status, complex PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ, and Sex Addiction. I have experience working with Veterans, struggling with decades of combat trauma, victims of human trafficking, loss and grief. I have acquired this experience not only in individual and group setting, but also working with couples in outpatient and inpatient setting.
