So in 2006, while Sam Arseneau was still a student at the University of Ottawa, his uncle asked him to plan and install a Mac network at his pharmacy. SupportMyMac was born. In the beginning, they worked largely with residential clients all over the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Through their excellent results and references, they began expanding their client base more towards businesses.
