Stepha received her license in massage therapy in 2005 at one of the top rated schools in the nation called Desert Institute of Healing Arts. She received over 1,000 hours of formal massage school training specializing in hospital based massage therapy, oncology massage, sports massage and myofascial trigger point release. Since then she has completed over 600 hours in continuing education as well as receiving a bachelors of science in health admin/ pre-OT and a masters of science in occupational therapy. She is dedicated to treating traumatic injuries, chronic pain, burns/scars, oncology patients, spasticity, as well as athletes from beginner to high caliber professionals.
