By receiving a "ten series" of Rolfing, Structural Integration bodywork you will have more flexability, rang of motion and in most cases alleviate chronic pain. By reducing or eliminating pain you increase your energy and your quality of life. You will again get to enjoy activites that you may had to stop or reduce because of your pain , but when you receive your Ten Series you can begin living life to the fullest!
