The Senior Rehab and Recovery Center offers short-term inpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Limestone Health Facility is dedicated to providing compassionate care with 24/7 skilled nursing for our residents and a full time medical director on staff. Our mission is to help patients/residents regain as much independence as possible in clean, pleasant surroundings.
