Dr. Joseph C Harrell was born and raised in Moss Point, Mississippi and graduated from Moss Point High School in 1986. He received his Bachelor of Biological Sciences from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1992 and his Doctors of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1996. After receiving his Doctorate, Dr. Harrell started practicing in Pascagoula, Ms in 1996 and later moved to Gulf Shores, AL where he has been practicing in South Baldwin County for over 14 years. In July 2013, Dr. Harrell opened, Harrell Eye Care which is located inside of LensCrafters at The Tanger Outlets in Foley, AL. Dr. Harrell is very active in the local community and churc
