Dr. Mark S. Feder is the founder of Norwalk Eye Care and has been in private practice in Norwalk CT since 1983. Dr Feder graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.A. in Biology, and earned his Doctorate from the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City. Dr. Feder is a member of the American Optometric Association and the CT Association of Optometrists. He has been a member of the Sports Vision and Contact Lens Sections of the American Optometric Association, the International Academy of Sports Vision, and is the founder and President of IDOC, an Independent Group of Optometric Physicians with over 1400 members in the United States.
