Due to a shift in the cost of personal computers, businesses no longer needed expensive support contracts directly from manufacturers. LME Services was created in Hoffman Estates, IL to support the influx of small businesses that now required skilled network management that covered a wide swath of technologies and services. Our focus is to remain mid-sized, not out of some altruism but because we’ve found that the large IT Firms lose the ability to properly monitor and communicate with their clients while the small IT outfits don’t have the manpower to properly support and respond to their clients.
