Full Scale

About

Full Scale helps U.S. companies extend their software development teams with dedicated senior engineers from the Philippines. Each engineer works full-time and becomes integrated into the client's day-to-day development environment, participating in standups, sprint cycles, code reviews, repositories, and other team activities as needed. Instead of requiring clients to manage international recruitment and employment administration, Full Scale handles these responsibilities in the Philippines. Recruiting, payroll, benefits, and HR are included in the staffing model, while clients remain responsible for directing engineering work.
