They have both national and international experience in the search business and have previously worked for large nationwide search firms. With the departure of David Perkins in 1995 to a company in Maine, Gary Hough assumed overall responsibility for the continued operation of the company. Gary has been conducting executive search for over twenty years, nine of those years as part of a prominent national firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
