Wayfinder Behavioral Health, opened in 2024, is an outpatient treatment center dedicated to helping people overcome substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health challenges, located steps from the Arsenal Yards complex, the Watertown Greenway and the Charles River. We offer: Day Treatment (Partial Hospitalization Program - PHP) Partial Day Treatment (Intensive Outpatient Program - IOP) Individual, group, family counseling, Medication-Assisted Treatment At Wayfinder, we view recovery as a transformative journey. Our experienced clinicians combine traditional evidence-based practices with somatic and expressive arts modalities to create a supportive environment where clients find their way to health, growth and meaningful connections.
