Our HistoryIn December of 1980, John Hession and Tom Pare, who had began their careers in the Boston offices of national accounting firms, found themselves drawn to Manchester, New Hampshire. It was here, in a brick mill building, located in the heart of downtown, that the two founded Hession & Pare P.C. At the time, they only had one employee, who by the way, remained with the firm until retirement in 2013. Over time they grew both in size and reputation. During its 30 plus years, the partners and staff at Hession & Pare have worked closely with a number of long-standing clients in a broad array of industries.
