Rawvolution was founded in 2001 by pioneering raw food chef Matt Amsden (author of Rawvolution and The Rawvolution Continues). Matt's goal was to serve Los Angelenos the finest and most vibrant living foods right in their own homes. The mission soon expanded to offer the same meals nationwide. Rawvolution's commitment to plant-based foods and organics is unwavering and we pride ourselves on sourcing the very finest and freshest ingredients.
