Masada Development is a family-owned business and has a solid reputation originating in 1959 on the east coast. We first started building the traditional Colonial and Cape Cod style homes in Connecticut and New York State, later expanding to Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. We have now built in Oregon for over 15 years and specialize in building the Colonial, Cape Cod, Ranch, and Rambler style houses, plus our new Princess, Annabelle, and Southern Belle styles. These homes are custom built to your preferences and vary from 1,100 to 2,900 square feet.
