HGBD has provided full design services to the Veterans Council of Chatham County, Georgia for surveying, civil, structural and landscape design for the new World War II Memorial. The new sculpture, engraved granite commemorative walls, paving and landscaping is being constructed on River Street in Savannah Georgia in the summer of 2010. The project was designed in collaboration with the Architect, Eric Meyerhoff and is being funded with private donations, grants and construction funding assistance by the City of Savannah Georgia.
