The Northeast South Dakota Community Action Program, also known as NESDCAP, is a private, nonprofit agency that serves more than 15 counties that include Beadle, Brown, Campbell, Day, Edmunds, Faulk, Hand, Hughes, Hyde, Marshall, McPherson, Potter, Roberts, Spink, Stanley, Sully and Walworth counties in South Dakota. It provides a variety of programs that includes apartment management, emergency food and shelter and federal home loan bank affordable housing programs.
