Our Original Play Sofa has a SOLID bottom base, and a thinner folding base, with cotton/twill blend cover material. It has 6 buildable pieces and includes a personalizable pillow (+$15 for pz) The Deluxe Play Sofa has TWO folding bases and is microsuede fabric. They both have the same number and types of pieces (7 including the personalizable pillow (+$15 for pz) and are otherwise identical in size and dimension. All of our foam is manufactured here in the United States and assembly is proudly and entirely performed in Milan, Tennessee. Some of our covers are manufactured outside the USA.
