The Country Life Care community helps those persons who are in the post-acute phase of a catastrophic injury or illness, who need highly skilled nursing care and rehabilitation. We are offering services for those who are in the early post-acute stage or those who need long to life term care services as well. We’ve created an atmosphere for catastrophically disabled individuals to live life in a way that is as meaningful and comfortable as possible.
