Dr. Wendell C. Perry is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He received his undergraduate degree from Howard University and his physician of medicine degree from Howard University. Dr. Perry completed his general surgery internship and residency at Howard University Hospital. After finishing his general surgery training he functioned as a teacher in the division of surgery. As an attending general surgeon his responsibilities consisted of covering general surgery trauma emergencies at a level I University trauma center, education and learning of medical students and residents and covering a general surgery service.
