3Dimensional Physical Therapy, located in Tacoma, WA, has specialized in rehab for musculoskeletal injuries involving the foot and ankle, knee, hip, back/spine and shoulder since 2003. 3Dimensional Physical Therapists are Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, Sports Clinical Specialists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. In addition, one of our therapists is a STOTT Pilates instructor and another is a Certified Athletic Trainer.
