K&M was founded by two women with a serious case of wanderlust, one experienced entrepreneur and long time host, and another go getter real estate agent with an unmatched work ethic. We met during a real estate transaction, became instant friends, and quickly after decided we needed to elevate the short term rental space in our area. We saw two critical areas that needed massive improvement. The first was creating a memorable, clean, and quality experience for guests from initial communication to soft sheets and everything in between. The second was creating a solid team with homeowners who want their greatest asset cared for and protected while maximizing revenue. We believe we have achieved both.
