Creating Change

The change that each individual seeks is unique and personal.  Sometime we desire a change in our environment, mood, interpersonal skills, perception, or something different.  Therapy is a place where you are validated and encouraged to be the person you want to be and create the life you want to live.  Therapy has the potential to offer personal benefits such as a decrease in levels of distress and an increase in problem solving skills, communication skills, self esteem and meaningful relationships.
